If you have mobility challenges or limited vehicle access, we provide convenient drop-off and pickup transportation for you and your pet to the dog park—please note, this service does not include supervising or walking your dog at the park.

For the most accurate booking and to receive real-time explanations of our procedures, we recommend scheduling your Pet Taxi service over the phone directly.

We use a large SUV equipped with an accessibility ramp to transport your pet safely and comfortably.
Small Animals: Transported in size-appropriate crates; we’re happy to use your crate to keep your pet as comfortable as possible.
Large Dogs: Secured with seatbelts attached to their harnesses and provided with plush seating for added comfort.

The TimeToPet (TTP) portal/app provides real-time GPS tracking and detailed report cards with updates and photos from your pet’s ride. You’ll receive notifications when we arrive at your home, and you can monitor your pet’s journey for added peace of mind.

We understand that things come up, if you need to cancel or reschedule, you can cancel through the app or leave a voicemail.

More than 48h notice = Full credit
24 – 48h notice = 50% credit
Less than 24 hours = No credit

Absolutely! If you need transportation for your pet, you are more than welcome to join them on the ride.
